Consider reviewing what you already know over trying to memorize new material the night before accounting tests. The following are some ways:

Make Rest a Priority: Get enough sleep the night before the test. A tired mind is not as able to focus and effectively remember material.

Eating Healthy: Eating healthy food has a big impact on your energy and happiness levels. Avoid eating too much sweets and caffeine as they might increase anxiety.

Enough Rest: Good sleep is important for the brain to perform at its best. Aim for 7 to 9 hours of sleep every night, and if it’s possible, have a regular sleep schedule.

Ways for Relaxing your mind: You may effectively calm your mind and reduce anxiety by practicing things like gradual relaxation of muscles, controlled breathing, and meditation.
