This course explores the core values and principles of agile project management. Topical coverage includes agile methodologies, the relationship between defined and empirical processes, best practices, and the latest agile approaches.

Rationale

During this course, the student will develop an objective understanding of agile and traditional project management methodologies and how they can be combined in the right proportions to fit any given situation in an integrated approach to Agile project management.

Agile Project Plan: Outline Assignment

The student will write a 1–2-page outline of the Agile Project Plan. The outline must be well-developed and contain at least 3 level headings.

Agile Project Plan: Final Assignment

The student will write a 16-page Agile Project Plan. The paper must include at least 15 references in addition to the course textbook and the Bible.
