Team Leadership in Practice Assignment
You will write a 4–5-page research-based paper in the current APA format that examines case studies focusing on team cultures. The paper will present 3 cases of engaged team performance, ascertain the key reasons for the team successes, and contrast these successes with 1 case study sample of poor team development. The paper must include an introduction, a conclusion, a title page, and a reference page with at least 6 sources (3 of which must be from scholarly, peer-reviewed journals) in addition to the Starbird & Cavanagh text and the Bible.
Organizational Assessment Assignment
The student will create an organizational assessment focusing on organizations that demonstrate now or in the past abusive leadership and bullying behavior. The written assessment is coming from the student who is playing the consultant brought in to help the organization. The consultant is writing to the organization’s management to describe the behaviors, actions, and abusive events and give steps of action in changing the culture. This assessment focuses on behaviors and documented examples of abusive behavior as well as potential steps of action to prevent abusive behavior in the organization.
The paper will include 2 principle parts: Part 1 will include a 4–5-page team assessment describing the abusive behavior and culture, and Part 2 will include a 4–5-page paper of recommendations for organizations who have this type of culture, along with a conclusion that compares the findings from the assessment with current research, the course textbooks, and Scripture. The paper must include a title page, and Part 2 must be in current APA format and include a reference page with at least 8 references (4 of which must be from scholarly, peer-reviewed journals) in addition to the course textbooks and the Bible.
