Measurable Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Demonstrate the fundamentals of computer technology, installation and configuration of PCs, laptops, related hardware, and basic networking
- Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot computer problems and apply proper repair procedures.
- Demonstrate the ability to install and configure PC operating systems, as well as configure common features (e.g. network connectivity and email) for mobile operating systems, Android and Apple iOS.
