At the completion of this course, the student should be able to factor in additional issues involved in global project management: such as communications, culture, time zones, laws, etc.

- The student will participate in 4 Discussions. Each discussion will consist of a thread (200 words) and at least 2 replies (100 words each).
- Each discussion is based on a chapter topic. Outside research will be required for the thread.

For this assignment, you will take a deep dive into the culture of your chosen country and present a summary. In addition, contrast the cultural differences between your chosen country’s culture and your own culture. Next, create a plan to prepare your project team for the cultural differences, and how you will celebrate the diversity on your team during this project. Last, prepare a biblical defense for your cultural awareness plan.
Research Paper Assignment
There will be 1 major paper due in this course. It is important for the student to understand the major themes associated with project management. Global research topics will be assigned on a first come first save basis. There will not be any duplicate topics assigned; therefore, each student will all have a different topic. Through this paper, the student will be researching and writing about a project management theme. The paper will be divided into 3 parts. Part 1 is the topic submission, Part 2 is the submission of the outline and annotated bibliography, and Part 3 is the submission of a 10-page paper.

There will be 4 quizzes during this course. The quizzes will consist of 20 true/false and multiple-choice questions. The student will have a 1-hour time limit. The quizzes are open-book/open-note.
